Tigillus Foundation works regionally and globally to foster better understanding for China through soft powers drawn from its rich history and vibrant culture. Founder Mr David H.Y. Chang is Chinese born, Western educated, and built a career across multiple continents; thus hopes to promote mutual understanding and appreciation in a time of ever growing geopolitical tension. Mr Chang is a keen amateur historian and sees history as a good place to start for self reflection – a process which forms our self-understanding, identity, and path forward. Through our own self-awareness, we may seek to better understand the world around us and for the world to better understand us.
