David Chang, founder of the Tigillus Foundation, has long been a patron of art and education and is committed to supporting sustained cultural dialogue and mutual understanding on the global stage.  The British Council, a leading global institution dedicated to building trust between the UK and the rest of the world, share the same vision with the Tigillus Foundation: That the free exchange of ideas, and social mobility will ameliorate the relationship between the East and the West. David Chang’s involvement as a patron of the British Council’s Global Circle supports this goal by championing cultural, artistic and academic endeavours.
